Meet Sharon:

Meet Sharon, the beautiful force behind The Good Gut Girl. Sharon is an incredible naturopath who finds simple ways to help you heal your gut naturally. I love Sharon's beautiful holistic and simple approach to nutrition, looking at real food and basic tweaks. We were having conversations about how simple good health can be. I'm also so impressed with her love for food and the amazing backyard she has, full of herbs and beautiful flowers.

Sharon was looking to update her socials and website with some fresh, authentic pictures. So we decided that we would go for some headshots, and some content for her socials and website.

Planning the shoot:

Sharon has two beautiful homes, one here and on the south coast, but to make things simpler we decided to shoot some shots in her home. This was great because it could capture her lifestyle of healthy eating in the kitchen and some gardening of her favorite herbs and flowers. And also see her beautiful dog, because we needed to have that opportunity! Plus, her office was there too—look at the beautiful oils she has on her shelves! So we needed to capture that, but we also wanted some simple headshots, so we went to Cloud Nine Studio over in Rockdale for some simple and fun headshots to complement her socials.

I always find it's good to have a variety of photos, and if we can get two different locations, that's awesome. Cloud Nine wasn't too far from Sharon's home, so we were able to make that work.
